Privacy
How inquiry information is handled.
A concise explanation of the information used to respond to photography inquiries.
Project inquiry information
When you submit the project inquiry form, SouthBank Photography receives the information you provide, such as your name, phone number, preferred contact method, requested service, location, date, budget range, event size, and project details. This information is used to review the request and respond to you.
Reference files
If you upload a reference image or PDF, it is attached to the inquiry message so the project can be understood. The form accepts limited file types and sizes. Uploaded files are not displayed publicly by the website.
Server logs and form security
The web server may keep standard technical logs, including IP address, browser information, request time, and error information. The inquiry form also uses security controls such as a session token, a honeypot field, and rate limiting to reduce spam and misuse.
Sharing and sale of information
SouthBank Photography does not sell inquiry information. Information may be processed by the web host and the configured email delivery provider as necessary to send and receive the inquiry.
The website links to the SouthBank Photography Facebook page as an external service. Facebook has its own privacy practices and terms. No Facebook tracking script is embedded on this website.
Analytics
No Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or other marketing tracker is active in this build.
