These answers cover the most common questions. Project-specific requirements are handled in the inquiry and quote.
Plan Your SessionWhat areas do you serve?
Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky, and the surrounding Tri-State region are the home market. Travel is available wherever the project requires.
How is photography priced?
Every assignment receives a custom quote based on the type of coverage, schedule, location, travel, deliverables, licensing, drone work, gallery needs, and print requirements.
Do you require a deposit?
The quote and agreement will explain the payment schedule for the specific project. Larger events and reserved dates may require a retainer.
How quickly are photographs delivered?
Turnaround depends on the project size, number of images, event schedule, and any priority delivery needs. The expected timeline is included in the quote.
Do you provide every photograph taken?
The finished delivery is a curated and edited set. Test frames, duplicates, missed expressions, and technically unusable images are not included.
Do you offer professional prints?
Yes. SouthBank Photography can provide professional prints, including large-format options produced with a Canon imagePROGRAF PRO-1100.
Can you cover large events, tournaments, or group photographs?
Yes. Planning can include multi-day schedules, multiple locations, large groups, venue photographs, online galleries, downloads, print ordering, and aerial coverage when conditions allow.
Do you offer drone photography?
Yes, when the airspace, location, property access, weather, and project conditions allow safe and legal flight.
Can businesses use the images for marketing?
Yes. Commercial usage is defined in the quote so the permitted uses, delivery formats, and licensing are clear.
What happens if weather affects the session or event?
The response depends on the project. Portrait sessions may be rescheduled, while events may need a weather priority list, backup plan, or adjusted coverage.
Can I message you on Facebook?
Yes. Facebook Messenger is available as a secondary contact option, but the project inquiry form is the best way to share complete details.
Can I upload a reference image with the inquiry?
Yes. The form accepts a small JPG, PNG, WebP, or PDF reference file. Uploads are used only to understand the inquiry and are not published.
